A new video from the Orkney LEADER Group has been produced to showcase the growth in Orkney’s craft, food and drink sectors since the appointment of a Development Manager in 2013.
Edgar Balfour’s role has been funded by Orkney Islands Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and through LEADER, and has helped increase awareness of the Orkney brand both here in the islands and across new markets.
Orkney Crafts Association members have been present at more trade shows and events in recent years, with local food companies also taking part in a series of showcases to promote their products.
