About Zoe Davidson Jewellery

Zoe Davidson is an Orkney-based jewellery designer and maker, creating sculptural, one-of-a-kind jewellery inspired by the islands’ seas, rugged coastlines and rich history. Combining traditional silversmithing with techniques such as fold-forming and anticlastic raising, her work brings together craftsmanship, distinctive forms and a strong sense of place.

After graduating in Jewellery & Metal Design from Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art & Design in 2013, Zoe gained experience with renowned designer Iris Van Herpen and Scottish jeweller Gilly Langton before establishing her own business in Stromness in 2016.

Her work has received recognition through opportunities including a showcase alongside Gok Wan and a commission to create a collection celebrating 150 years of the RNLI in Orkney, with 10% of proceeds from her Saltaire range donated to the charity.

In 2026, Zoe was nominated as one of the Nation’s Favourite Businesses by Small Business Saturday. Alongside her collections, she creates individual pieces that celebrate thoughtful design, skilled making and the stories jewellery can hold.
