Over the years Williamsons has built up a substantial and well-respected wholesale operation in Orkney, supplying its products to local hotels, restaurants, schools, care homes and the Balfour Hospital.

Part of a consortium of local butchers that stepped in to take over running of Orkney’s only abattoir, Williamsons remain fully committed to protecting the Orkney Beef and Orkney Lamb brands, ensuring customers throughout the country can continue to enjoy these authentic and unrivalled island products.
