We have attained ‘The Good to go ‘ logo and are following the Scottish Government cleaning procedures. There is a total deep clean between guests leaving and arriving, so anyone booking will have the confidence that the premises are safe.

The cottages were built in 2011 to a high standard well designed and with the environment in mind. We produce around 80% of our electricity from a 5kw wind turbine.

Ideally located for exploring Orkney's unique archaeological heritage, Skara Brae is only 2 miles away, you will find abundant bird life and glorious wildflowers on the doorstep along with some beautiful walks close by. There are also great opportunities for fishing on the many lochs which are in the area. We can also arrange bicyles if you want see Orkney at a slower pace.

We cater for couples, families, fishing and shooting parties as our cottages can sleep up to 16 people.
There are many other places to visit including the loons RSPB bird reserve and puffins at Marwick Head.

The 5 star Orkney Brewery and visitor centre is only a 2 minute walk away, a great place to relax and sample the beers after a tour of brewing process.

There are many places to eat out as well from tearooms to bar meals at the local hotels.
