ThreeOrbs offers specialist services covering electrical and electronic work. Heating systems based on oil or heat pump technologies: offering installation, repairs, servicing and energy reduction optimisations. We also offer a full range of building maintenance options, including holiday home insurance inspections.

ThreeOrds provide advanced installation, repair and diagnostic services for a range of domestic and light commercial properties. Although based in Westray, we travel to Orkney Mainland regularly.

Fully qualified electrical and OFTEC oil services. Trained with a variety of heat pump manufacturers and heating system technologies, we offer a energy reduction optimisation service of exisiting and new heating systems, to reduce running costs or to enhance operation.

A range of property services are available for one-off requirements, emergency, regular visits or planned works. Including basic maintenance, improvements, extensions, roofing, electrical and plumbing works, heating systems and so on.

We also off insurance inspections needed for irregularly occupied holiday homes. Where we will visit at pre-defined intervals, complete a report for your insurance company, and complete any minor repairs as you have pre-authorised.
