WELCOME

Swartland is an organic beef farm nestled between the two disused WW2 airfields of RAF Skeabrae and HMS Tern. The location offers stunning views all around and is a haven for birds and other native wildlife. The property is near to historic sites like Maes Howe, Skara Brae, the Ring or Brodgar and the popular Craft Trail that showcases the work of local artists. Swartland offers the perfect retreat for a peaceful relaxing stay.

Accomodation

You will have a very comfortable stay at Swartland, with 2 large en-suite bedrooms both situated upstairs. Both rooms have a super king size bed that can be split into two single beds. Our largest bed room has a full sized day bed with a pull out single bed, so we can cater for a few different sleeping options of up to six people, we also have a travel cot and high chair available. All bed linen, towels and dish towels with be provided.

Relax in the evenings in the sitting room/dining area which is right next the fully equip kitchen. The utility room with a down stairs toilet is located at the side of the kitchen.

Sit outside with a glass of wine after your dinner and enjoy the long daylight nights.
