The original cottage been extended, also using red sandstone to preserve its character, and completely renovated to a high standard. It is in a secluded location at the end of its own private road and is surrounded by a large walled garden. It is close to the sea and the ferry terminal, and enjoys panoramic views across neighbouring islands.

An EV charging point is available on site free of charge.

The accommodation consists of:

Lounge - Open plan with the kitchen/dining area centred around a traditional fireplace. It is equipped with TV and DVD. It also has a traditional music centre with CD player and turntable. There is a small selection for vinyl LPs.

Kitchen - Well equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, toaster and electric kettle as well has a full range of pots, pans, crockery and cooking utensils. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. A tumble dryer is available in an external shed.

Conservatory - Views over neighbouring islands to the south and east. Relax here and watch the boats go by.

Master Bedroom - In the original part of the cottage with fireplace and traditional furniture. There is a queen-sized bed.

Second Bedroom - In a modern style and has a double bed and a single bed.

Bathroom - With bath and separate shower unit.
