Snusan House offers two king-sized, one double and one twin bedroom, with one of the king-sized rooms being located on the ground floor for easier access.

The downstairs accommodation consists of a king-sized bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, utility room with access to washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally on the ground floor there is a well equipped open plan kitchen/dining-room with an electric hob, full size oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a large variety of cooking equipment and utensils. The dining table seats eight and can be extended to offer more room.

Upstairs the bright and generous sized lounge has a cathedral window which takes advantage of the stunning panoramic views of Marwick Head and Brough of Birsay. There is also access to a balcony where you can further appreciate the beautiful scenery that the area has to offer. Within the lounge there are various types of seating along with a 50" smart TV.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and they share a well equipped bathroom along the hallway.

Outside there is a private driveway which is able to accommodate several cars; access to a garage for storing outdoor equipment or bikes. Additionally Snusan House benefits from an electric car charging point (available at an extra charge) which can be used by our guests. At the back of the house there is a fenced garden laid to lawn with patio and picnic table for outside entertaining.

Finally, Snusan House offers WIFI and access to your own online streaming services via our smart TV.
