Smerquoy Farm House is a fully equipped private 3 bedroom bungalow surrounded by breathtaking views of the Bay of Firth. We have a double room, twin room and bunk room, so can comfortably sleep 6 guests, there is also a travel cot which can be put up on request.There is a large living room with 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, tv, dvd player, books, bluetooth radio, kids toys and books. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, pots, cutlery and much more. The bathroom has an electric shower, towel rail, toilet and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, also there is an outside drying area. We have an area for you to hang your coats and put your shoes. The porch has leaflets of places to eat and places to go during your stay. Smerquoy is conveniently located 3.5 miles from the city of Kirkwall and 3.5 miles from the village of Finstown. It is located on a quietly run sheep farm, and in a very quiet, peaceful location with no close neighbours. You can enjoy the lovely walks out to the wideford Hill cairn and adjoining walks to top of wideford hill for more stunning views. Lots of opportunities also for birdwatching.
