Orkney's small and friendly Bird of prey Centre. A fun day out for all ages.

COVID-19 update: From 18th July we will be open on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays between 12pm and 3pm. Flying time will be at 1pm each day.

Unfortunately due to physical distancing restrictions we are unable to provide handling sessions. Our seating plan has also changed to allow for distancing measures. There will be hygiene stations with wipes and hand sanitiser. Please use these before and after your visit.

We look forward to seeing you all back at Skaill.

Located a stones throw from the Neolithic village of Skara Brae, in the grounds of Orkney's grandest (and haunted) mansion house.

Skaill House Falconry is the Northern Isles only Bird of Prey Centre providing a fantastic, interactive, informative and educational fun experience for kids and grown ups alike. Featuring Owls, Hawks, Falcons and a Crested Caracara (also known as the Mexican Eagle).

Our small and friendly family run falconry business prides itself on giving a personal and unique day out for all.
