Our location is ideal for exploring Orkney’s mainland and its Isles, with World Heritage archaeological sites, dramatic coastal walks, and breathtaking scenery. The Ring of Brodgar, Standing Stones of Stenness, Skara Brae and Maeshowe are all within a 20-minute drive.

Locally, we have created a peaceful farm walk for guests who enjoy nature, fresh air and a glimpse of rural life. The route leads you past our animals - including sheep, horses, goats, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs - offering a relaxed insight into the daily rhythm of the smallholding.

Alongside the walk, you’ll find our information centre — well stocked with leaflets, guides and inspiration for exploring Orkney. With beautiful scenery throughout, it’s an ideal way to unwind and connect with the landscape during your stay.
