Orkney Dance & Fitness Ltd classes take place in the West Mainland. We ustilise the local community centres to provide accessible and inclusive dance and fitness classes, from rebounding fitness on mini trampolines, to club fitness in a darkened room with disco lights and UV!

In January 2023, we launched dance classes for children. Details on times and locations and how to register your child can be found at www.dancewestorkney.co.uk

We also provide birthday party and hen party experiences as well as one-to-one sessions, and specialise in pre and post-natal exercise and older adults classes too.
