Situated in a quiet spot in Kirkwall, only a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and the magnificent St Magnus Cathedral. You are assured a warm welcome at the family run hostel, all rooms are en-suite with a fresh and modern decor. There is a fully equipped kitchen which should have everything you need and a lounge with dining space where you can kick back and relax after a long day exploring. You can socialise with other guests and hear their stories of their travels or you can watch TV . We have no curfew so you can go out late and enjoy a meal and a drink while sampling some of the local music. All of the restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance or alternatively if you wish to cook there are 3 supermarkets all within a 5 minute walk. We have plenty of car parking space and a lockable bike shed for any cyclists.

The Pickaquoy sports centre is located right across the road with loads to do for families including a swimming pool, cinema, gym, health suite, games courts, soft play and a climbing wall. We have small lockers where you can keep your valuables and free access to wi-fi throughout the hostel. There is also a PC situated in the lounge for guest use. All linen is provided and towels can be hired. You'll find our hostel clean and comfortable, a home away from home.
