Kirkwall, with all its amenities, is just a fifteen minute drive away, the airport is even closer and the house is on a bus route to both.

The very well stocked Deerness Stores is just a short walk away.

The accommodation comprises of a large well equipped open plan kitchen diner with a dining table comfortably seating 8 people. There is a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom boasting a bath and walk in shower. Bedroom two has bunk beds and is next door to a wet room. The large living room has two sofa beds, one of which is kingsize, and there is a further sofa, seating and a desk in this room.

Heating is supplied via a remote controlled electric stove in the living room and storage and panel heaters throughout the house making it very cosy all year around.

The living room has a Freeview television with built in DVD player and a wireless music streaming receiver. There is further sunroom to the front offering a sea view out to the Horse of Copinsay.

Dingieshowe and Newark Bay beaches are close by offering excellent coastal walking. Other nearby local attractions include The Gloup, The Brough of Deerness and Mull Head RSPB reserve. It is ideally located for exploring all of the attractions of mainland Orkney being a thirty to forty minute drive to the neolithic archaeological sites of the West Mainland.

The house has parking for up to three cars and a front and rear garden with drying green.
