All of our properties are already cleaned to a high standard and in light of the current situation we have been working closely with our owners to ensure they are ready to re-open, including providing detailed cleaning guidance (using risk assessments and cleaning checklists developed by the Professional Association of Self Caterers), and encouraging owners to implement changeovers and key collections processes that minimise contact. You will be provided with your cottage owners contact details in advance of the stay so that you can ask any further specific questions.

Situated in the heart of Kirkwall, only a short walk from several bars, restaurants, shops and the harbour, Neuketineuks is the perfect base for exploration and discovery. The cottage is bright and welcoming inside and is fully equipped with everything you are going to need during your stay.

There are so many sites of archaeological interest from prehistoric villages, ancient tombs, ruined palaces and standing stones close by. There are perfect opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing, water sports or a round of golf at one of the local golf courses. You can come back to this little cottage after days out exploring and just relax in its cosy walls.
