The property is a two storey end terrace which is located in a quiet residential area of Kirkwall. The Pickaquoy Leisure Centre which has swimming pool, health suite, cinema and children's play park is on your door step. A 15 minute walk will take you into Kirkwall's town centre where you will find the bus station, tourist information centre, shops, restaurants and all other main street amenities.

The house is furnished to a very high standard. The ground floor has a bright and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher with dining table to seat up to 6 people. French doors from the kitchen lead to a secluded garden, dining and drying area where you can enjoy the setting sun.

In the living room we provide comfortable seating with a 43" smart tv. We also offer a dvd player and selection of dvd's along with some books and board games.

There is also small toilet and utilty space where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The three bedrooms are all located on the first floor. There is a double, small double and a twin room. Each have built-in mirrored wardrobes along with 32" Smart Tv's. The main bathroom is also located on the first floor which includes a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

The house is heated with controllable air source heating with supplemental panel heating in the bedrooms.

All towels and bed linen, electricity and unlimited wifi are provided along with cleaning products. We have a high chair and travel cot (bedding not provided) available on request.

There is off street parking to the front for two vehicles.

Check in after 16:00 with check out before 10:30 on day of departure. Access is gained via a keysafe.
