Lyradale is a modern three bedroom house with easy access, all on one floor with no steps. It is located on the Scorradale Road, five miles from Stromness and twelve miles from Kirkwall.

There is an EV charging on site.

All rooms have underfloor heating supplied from a ground source heat pump and a heat recovery system ensures good ventilation.

The master bedroom has a superking bed, ensuite and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and they share a well equipped bathroom across the hall. There is also an additional WC between the garage and the kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.

The spacious lounge has a cathedral window which takes advantage of the stunning views and includes a dining table and 55" Smart TV.

The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, full size oven, compact/microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and boiling tap. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. An American style fridge is provided adjacent to the kitchen.

High speed WiFi is provided free of charge and USB charging points are available throughout the house. The paved patio area has a picnic table and BBQ facilities are provided free of charge.
