A global tech company headquartered in the Orkney Islands, we’re one of a kind. Our journey began in 2015. Since then, we've grown to 55+ team members and have helped over 400 clients across the globe to achieve their goals.
Our team is based far and wide; outside of Orkney we have presence in the London and Sydney Bullhorn offices. In addition to our office-based staff we also have team members who are based remotely across the UK, US, and Australia.
We’re part of the Bullhorn marketplace (read more about Bullhorn, below), an ecosystem of 100+ partners who provide solutions to Bullhorn users, that enable them to configure and adapt their Bullhorn software to meet their unique needs.
One of the simplest analogies of what we do is a mobile phone. Bullhorn is the mobile phone, and you buy apps (in this case, Kyloe products and services) from us to customise it.
There’s almost nothing we haven't done; our team work with recruitment agencies of all sizes and complexities to:

- migrate and update data
- implement Bullhorn
- provide Bullhorn training
- help create reports to unlock data
Bullhorn is a cloud computing company headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. They provide customer relationship management, applicant tracking system and operations software for the recruitment industry. As of 2019, Bullhorn had more than 11,000 customers in more than 150 countries.
