Winning our local Masterchef competion in 2015 was the start of me going out there and cooking for other people which I love doing. Working for various self catering venues where I go along and cook a meal of your choice, serve and clean up. The perfect way to have a lovely evening and enjoy the venue you have hired. Further to this, I started drop off meals to the home, where I prepare an oven ready meal and drop off. During lock down I started up my platter boxes which proved a great success and still going strong, these are perfect for a taste of smaller bites.
