Hestigeo sits on an elevated position in a residential area of Kirkwall.

Being only a ten minute walk from the centre it is ideal for visiting St Magnus Cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants. The Highland Park Distillery is another ten minutes walk away.

Recently refurbished to a high standard the house is very comfortable for a family or couples. Bedding is 100% cotton and we use eco friendly laundry and cleaning products.

The kitchen diner is very well equipped, plus there is a separate utility room with laundry facilities. There is access to a secluded back garden. There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms have a double and small double bed respectively.

The driveway at the front provides off street parking for up to two cars and provides its own EV charging point free of charge. There is also and sheltered patio area with bbq and outdoor furniture.

A welcome pack using local produce is provided. This is upgradable on request.
