Our main business is in the provision of expert consultant support to clients in the oil & gas and other industries, with a particular focus on topsides separation, produced water treatment, water & waste treatment, environmental engineering, technology selection/design/evaluation, legislation.

Future Engineering Consultants Ltd (FECL) provides specialist consultancy services to the international oil & gas industry and renewable energy industry. Our main areas of expertise in oil & gas are in produced water treatment, waste water treatment and topsides separation optimisation. In the renewable energy industry we offer project management support to wave and tidal power developers seeking to establish and develop their technology in this rapidly growing sector.
Effective results are delivered through an in-depth knowledge of our clients requirements accumulated over 27 yrs in the industry and the environment in which they do business.
Established in 2006, Managing Director, Steven Tulloch has worked in the oil & gas industry for the last 27 years working for both specialist consultancies and research and development organisations. In the last 10 years he has also had an increasing amount of involvement in the renewables industry carrying out work for equipment developers, civil engineering contractors and specialist equipment testing organisations.
To support complex multi-disciplinary projects, FECL can source expertise from a wide variety of technical, engineering and environmental backgrounds to meet the requirements of particular projects.
