Located the heart of Evie village in the West Mainland of Orkney, we are Orkney's first dedicated Sourdough bakery & wood fired pizzeria. Creating the flavours of Europe & Italy using the highest quality authentic produce sourced locally where possible.

Book a table to enjoy our pizzas and homemade gelato on Friday & Saturday evenings, booking essential. We now have an alcohol licence and specialize in artisan & organic wines from small vineyards in France, Spain & Italy. We stock a range of local artisan beers, largers and spirits.

See our social media for up-to-date opening times and to book. We now do limited takeways before service so message to arrange. We also make a wide range of cook-at-home pizzas can be pre-ordered to collect in Evie, Dounby or at the Brig Larder, Kirkwall.

Our main baking day is now Thursday, you can visit our honesty shop where you can buy our freshly baked sourdough bread and sourdough pastries, such as sourdough croissants, cinnamon swirls, danish pastries and our extremely popular sourdough cruffins, filled with feshly made creme patissiere.
