Baikie's Stores has been a well established licenced grocer in Finstown for over 40 years and has been owned by the Rendall family of Rendall's Bakery since 2020.

The shop stocks a wide range of groceries, newspapers & magazines, stationery, toys & gifts and some home and hardware. Baikie's is supplied daily with Rendall's Bakery fresh produce as well as many other local goods.

In 2021 a joining space to Baikie's shop that was previously used as a bakery almost 20 years previous, was renovated and brought back into use by the Rendall family. In the bakery a brand new range of biscuits was created, named Baikie's Biscuits.

Baikie's Biscuits includes a variety of traditional recipe Shortbreads and Oatcakes. Also produced in Finstown is a range of biscuits for The Barony Mill using the ancient grain beremeal. Beremeal is grown locally and milled at the mill in Birsay.
