The bed and breakfast is a 5 minute drive from Kirkwall Ferry Terminal for visitors coming from Aberdeen and Lerwick, and 25 minutes from St Margarets Hope and Stromness, where guests arrive from Gills Bay and Scrabster. Kirkwall Airport is also a ten minute drive away. There is a regular bus service, every hour which takes you into the Kirkwall town centre and the bus station.

Rooms are warm and tastefully furnished. Orkney Soap Company toiletries can be found in all our ensuite shower rooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided and Sky TV is available in our large sitting/breakfast room for guest use.

We offer a traditional Scottish Breakfast, continental breakfast or scrambled egg with smoked salmon. All made using local suppliers and produce. Any dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.

Outside there is a large private parking area and a garage to store bicycles and motorcycles. From the garden you can enjoy the views over Kirkwall and watch the sunset.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and a small charge will be added.
