We use age old artisan Italian techniques when making our dough which is freshly prepared every day. Our slow risen dough means more flavour and easier digestion. We use the best quality fresh ingredients, locally sourced where possible and our tomato sauce is hand made from delicious sweet plum tomatoes from Napoli.

Our traditional Neapolitan pizzas have a thin base and measure around 11/12 inches diameter, perfect for one person.

We are 100% pet friendly and dogs are also allowed in our two-acre field next door. A small ‘doggy menu’ will also be introduced in summer 2023.
