Situated just outside the heart Kirkwall, you can enjoy peace and quiet with the advantage of being a short walk from the local independent shops, restaurants, pubs and some of Orkney's historic attractions, such as St Magnus Cathedral, Earls Palace and Bishops Palace. There is much to see and do in Kirkwall, but should you wish to travel further afield, you are close to the travel centre which boasts a wealth of information about where you can go and how you can get there to make the most of your Orkney visit.

A little further down the street and you'll reach Kirkwall Harbour where you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the fishing community, or hop on a ferry to one of the outer isles for a day trip.

We accept pets, and although there is a small communal drying green you also have Bignold Park a stones throw away which is very popular with dog walkers.

The flat features an open plan living area with comfortable seating, a dining space for 4 and a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is calm and inviting with a comfortable bed and ample storage. A sleek, contemporary bathroom completes the space.
