We are looking for enthusiastic people to work in our team. Full time or part time. A willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the fast moving, hard working environment is a must.
The Westray Bakehouse has a heritage of excellent bakers supplying premium products and as we are now selling our biscuits all over Scotland new staff are needed to carry on the tradition.
A high standard of hygiene is most important and a hygiene certificate is required, training can be done in house.
Jobs will include biscuit making, baking, packing and wrapping and always the inevitable dish washing and cleaning.
SVQ Bakery courses are available for those wanting to further their career in the bakehouse.
Wages are paid according to the Scottish Bakers (SAMB) guidelines and are skill based.
