Orkney has always been a creative community. Our makers have drawn inspiration from the islands for generations, producing pieces of incredible quality and provenance.
Furniture makers join jewellery designers, ceramicists, artists and more across our creative landscape, often working collaboratively to enhance Orkney’s global reputation for quality and innovation.
These talented producers would usually bring their work to trade shows across the UK, but until that can happen safely again, our 2021 Orkney Buyers’ Guide showcases their distinctive creations to our trade customers worldwide.
