West Side Cinema welcomes visitors to Stromness Town Hall to enjoy showings by candlelight. Viewers can enjoy a wide variety of films from around the world in a relaxed and friendly setting. Bring your own refreshments.

As part of the SCAPA 100 commemorations 15 - 27 June, West Side Cinema will be screening this 1986 documentary about the Scuttling of the German High Sea Fleet.

With Scapa 100 introduction by Emily Turton.

Based on the eye-witness accounts of surviving German sailors and local orkney people, and including some remarkable interviews and archive footage from both sides, 'Scapa Flow 1919' carefully and vividly charts the events of a still controversial action.
