The Orkney Distillery is set to welcome Adam Holmes to the islands for an intimate evening of songs from one of Scotland's most acclaimed voices.
Adam’s four albums - Heirs and Graces, Brighter Still, Midnight Milk, and Dreamweaver - have cast an impressive shadow across the UK folk scene and gained him Scottish Album of the Year Nominations (in 2014, 2017 and 2018) and BBC Radio 2 Folk Award Nominations. His songs have featured widely on BBC Radio 2 and Radio 3, BBC Scotland, Edith Bowman’s BBC Scotland Quay Sessions show and Virgin Radio, amongst many others.
The event will take place in the Orkney Distillery events room, overlooking picturesque Kirkwall Harbour. Please let the distillery know if you have any additional needs, and disabled parking and lift access is available for this event.
Tickets are £15 and can be purchased from the Orkney Distillery Visitor Centre, open Monday to Sunday from 10am-5:30pm, or online. Please note that once you have bought your ticket you will be added to a guestlist which we will have on hand to check-in attendees on the night. There are no physical tickets for this event.
