Join the Orkney Arts Society for a jazz concert with the Marianne McGregor Trio on Friday 7 April at 7.30pm in Stromness Town Hall.

Marianne McGregor is a highly acclaimed Scottish Jazz Vocalist. Winner of ‘Best Vocalist’ at the Scottish Jazz Awards 2021, McGregor continues to gain recognition for her powerful voice and improvisation. Joined by two enormously celebrated Scottish Jazz musicians – Brian Kellock (on piano) and Colin Steele (on trumpet) the trio promise a great show of classic jazz, heavy swing and excellent improvised solos. The trio will perform a programme of Marianne’s original songs and some of their favourite classic jazz repertoire. The trio will perform at the Stromness Town Hall on Friday 7 April 2023 for a very special ‘home show’ for Orcadian singer Marianne.
