Healing the scars of war - A Foy without borders in aid of Ukraine
At the Peedie Kirk Hall, Kirkwall, KW15 1PA

To raise awareness and support for Ukraine, our Foy aims to bring together the great variety of nationalities living in Orkney, in a spirit of solidarity, to share and enjoy together poetry, prose and music from different cultures and traditions. The focus is on the universality and comforting power of poetry, music and song in times of conflict and devastation. Refreshments from a variety of world cuisines will be served at the interval.

Entry is by donation, with all funds raised going to Kharkiv Regional Children's Clinical Hospital in Ukraine, to help with purchasing equipment for a theatre and anaesthesiology.
