Shop/gallery, studio and self-catering accommodation. Jane Glue started her business under the name of Shorelines Gallery in 1987 at the back of her sister 'Judith Glue's' shop in Kirkwall. She moved to Finstown in 2005 to purpose built premises and renamed the business ,Jane Glue, Finstown is  six miles from Kirkwall on the main Kirkwall to Stromness road. You can visit Jane's gallery and shop from April through to October, mon-sat 10.30-4.30pm. She is also open during the winter months though opening times vary. Jane's shop sells a wide variety of cards, prints, coasters and other items produced from her own paintings, her subjects are the Orkney landscape, birds and flowers. There is also an original gallery where you can purchase paintings. Jane has recently started doing acrylic  paintings and mixed media as well as  watercolours. As part of the renovation of Jane Glue's gallery(It was an old smithy) , a two bedroomed self catering accommodation was added on to the sea end and completed in 2006. This has its own entrance, parking and glass end opening out on to a walled garden overlooking the bay of Finstown, it is tastefully decorated with jane's 'arty' touches throughout.
